Experience expert coaching, progressive strength training, and the support of a welcoming community, all in small groups capped at six.

Experience expert coaching, progressive strength training, and the support of a welcoming community, all in small groups capped at six.

Small Group Training is our signature strength training program, combining expert coaching with the energy and support of a group, all capped at just six people.
Everyone follows the same structured, progressive strength program designed to help you get stronger, build muscle, and move better. Your coach is there every session to teach proper technique, provide feedback, track your progress, and modify exercises when needed based on your abilities.
You get the structure of a proven program, the attention of a coach, and a community to train alongside.
Consistency gets easier when you have a plan, a coach, and people who notice when you show up.
With flexible scheduling throughout the week, members can train when it works for them while still following the same progressive program. Our coaches provide accountability, track personal bests and milestones, and help you continue moving forward.
And because groups are small, you won't get lost in the crowd. You'll train alongside a welcoming community that encourages you, celebrates your wins, and makes showing up something you actually look forward to.

Our signature Small Group Training program, Goodly GAINS, is a 60-minute, full-body strength training session led by an expert coach and capped at six people.
Each GAINS session follows our structured, progressive strength program and includes a dynamic warm-up, mobility, movement preparation, strength training, and a finisher. Your coach will guide you through each movement, provide feedback on technique, make adjustments when needed, and help you choose the appropriate weight and intensity.
Looking to do more? Goodly GO complements your strength training with 45-minute specialty classes focused on balance, agility, power, plyometrics, core, and conditioning.
All you have to do is show up ready to train. We'll take care of the rest.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION?
Goodly GAINS sessions are capped at six people, allowing you to experience the energy and community of training with others while still receiving hands-on coaching, technique feedback, and modifications when needed.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOODLY GAINS AND GOODLY GO?
Goodly GAINS is our 60-minute, full-body strength training program, capped at six people and designed to help you get stronger and build muscle through progressive programming. Goodly GO is a 45-minute specialty class, capped at eight people and designed to complement your strength training with additional focus on balance, agility, power, plyometrics, core, and conditioning.
DO I NEED STRENGTH TRAINING EXPERIENCE?
Not at all. Our program is designed to meet you where you are. Your coach will teach you the movements, help you select appropriate weights, and make adjustments based on your experience and abilities. Beginners and experienced lifters can successfully train alongside one another.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
For most people, we recommend 2–3 Goodly GAINS sessions per week to build strength and make consistent progress. Goodly GO can be added throughout the week to complement your strength training based on your goals, schedule, and recovery.
